Collect the error details without sharing passwords or credentials.

What to include

• Your platform and editor, browser and Formulix versions.
• Minimal steps to reproduce the issue and the expected result.
• Route and HTTP status from the Network tab, without the key.
• Whether it occurs during preview, insertion, upload, saving or editing again.
• A minimal example without student names or other personal data.

Do not send passwords, full keys, recovery tokens, SMTP/Mercado Pago credentials or identifiable school documents. Remove authentication headers from screenshots and logs.

Before reporting

Check API errors, the FAQ and your platform guide. PNG problems may be caused by the editor’s upload path, which is separate from the API.

Data requests

The operator must confirm a working privacy contact. The terms and privacy policy are drafts, not final legal documents. English translations are drafts; the Portuguese version prevails.
